Moduly Account Deletion

How to delete your account

If you wish to delete your Moduly Account, it can be done in one of two ways:

On the Moduly Mobile App

1. Open the Moduly Mobile App and log in to your account.
2. Tap on Profile, the right-most item on the bottom menu.
3. Tap on Account.
4. At the very bottom of the screen, tap on Delete Account and follow the instructions.

By Email

1. From the email address you have used to create your Moduly account, send an email to hello@moduly.io with the subject : ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST. We will process your request within thirty (30) days.

Data Retention

Within thirty (30) days of an account deletion request, all of your data will be irreversibly deleted from our servers. This includes your first name, last name, address, utility and rate plan data, and solar inverter reading data. Anonymous Moduly Nødz™ controller module and battery telemetry data will be kept indefinitely for diagnostic purposes.
